Events can be a fun and unique way to gather friends and family for a social event while also enjoying the benefits of neuromodulator treatments.
Collaborate with licensed medical professionals who specialize in administering neuromodulator treatments. We offer group discounts as well as the potential for the host to receive a complimentary treatment.
We do require a booking deposit from the host to secure the event date and booking deposits from the guests, which will go toward the cost of their treatment.

Requirements
Each participating guest must be 18+ years old. Other guests may attend your event, but may not be evaluated for or receive treatment. If a guest will not be evaluated for or receiving treatment, they will not count toward the number of guests attending. They will not need to pay a $50 deposit.
Alcohol or other substances cannot be consumed prior to the informed consent being signed. It is necessary that each individual be able to make decisions that are not influenced by alcohol or substances.
Your deposit will be refunded if cancellations are made at least 72 hours in advance. If cancellations are made closer to the event (within 72 hours) your deposit will not be refunded.
If a particular guest or the group prefers a certain neuromodulator, the host will communicate this to us at least 7 days prior to the event.
The host will ensure an adequate number of private rooms or areas for the group size. If there are 1-8 guests, at least one room is required. If there are 9-16 guests, at least two rooms are required.
